About the Role
As a crew member, you'll be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service in a fast paced environment. This role focuses on taking orders, handling payments, coordinating takeaway orders and ensuring customers receive their food quickly and correctly whilst maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming service
Take takeaway orders accurately using our EPOS system
Handle cash, card, and online payments responsibly
Assist customers with menu choices, deals, and allergen information
Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
Check and hand over takeaway orders accurately and efficiently
Organise and manage order collection areas
Keep front counter, takeaway area, and service stations clean and tidy
Replenish packaging, sauces, napkins, and front of house supplies
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
Support team members during busy service periods
Qualifications & Skills
Previous takeaway, fast food, or customer service experience preferred but not essential
Friendly, positive and customer focused attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic cash handling and numeracy skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
